1. Check in time is between 5pm and 7pm. Please let us know if you can’t arrive between those times
2. Check out time is 10.30am. Please let us know if you can’t check out by then.
3. Les Molyneux is a NON SMOKING house. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside on the premises.
4. We don’t accept children under 16.
5. We can’t accept pets (Pepper, our dog doesn’t like it!)
6. A 50% deposit is required on booking to secure the rooms, and taken online using your credit or debit card via Stripe.
7. The balance is payable on departure by card (via Stripe) or in cash.
8. There are two car parks nearby which are quite safe. If you really need secure parking, we have limited parking available in the courtyard, so please do ask us.
9. Our cancellation policy: if you cancel 30 days before arrival date, your deposit is refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 10 days, your deposit is with-held. If you cancel less than 10 days before arrival, full payment will be taken.
